Born and raised in Austin, I love to learn and meet others who have a passion for improvement. Pottery is simultaneously a challenge and release. Due to family and friend requests I typically make functional wheel-thrown pieces, though I am interested in anything that will teach me new skills. I specifically love alternative firing and am happy to chat (for hours) about the minutiae of pottery. When not at the studio I am usually outside with my two-year-old son and wife.
